A Faithful End
As we conclude our expository series through the book of Genesis this evening we will be studying Genesis 50:22-26. These final words of Genesis tell us of Joseph’s faithful death. Joseph’s death, signaling the end of the era of the Patriarchs, gives us the opportunity to reflect on faith in light of God’s faithfulness. This theme, perhaps the dominant refrain throughout the book of Genesis, teaches us that real faith in men and women always follows the faithfulness of God. This foundational truth is critical to our proper understanding of God, salvation and the Christian life. Join us as we conclude this series with a look at faith flowing from the faithfulness of our great God.
